1. Digital Service – No Physical Returns

IPTV subscriptions are digital services, delivered instantly through activation codes or login credentials.
There are no physical items shipped or returned.

Once a subscription is activated, the service cannot be “returned,” and the activation cannot be reversed.

2. No Refund After Activation

We do not provide refunds once:

  • Your IPTV subscription has been activated and 7 days over
  • The activation code has been delivered
  • Login credentials have been shared
  • Your service has started and channels/VODs are accessible

This is because IPTV Box Dubai access is a non-reversible digital product.

3. Refund Eligibility (Before Activation Only)

A refund may be approved only if You ask for a refund within seven days of your activation.

You may request a refund if:

  • You paid, and yet no activation was processed
  • You mistakenly selected the wrong plan and want to change before activation
  • You decide to cancel before receiving any login or activation details

In these cases, contact us immediately through WhatsApp or email.

4. Service Issues & Troubleshooting

If you experience any issues such as buffering, channel errors, or app-related problems, our support team will help you resolve them.

We request customers to:

  • Use a stable internet connection
  • Use recommended IPTV apps/devices
  • Contact support for troubleshooting

Service quality issues do not qualify for refunds after activation, but we always try to resolve all technical problems quickly.

5. Trial Availability

To help users test service quality before purchasing, we offer a Free Trial (when available).

This gives you the chance to evaluate:

  • Channel quality
  • Device compatibility
  • Streaming performance

Once you confirm the service works for you, we activate your subscription, and the refund policy applies from that point.

6. Subscription Renewal Policy

When renewing your subscription:

  • Renewals are non-refundable
  • Please ensure you provide the correct details (MAC address / Username / Device type)

If wrong details are provided, we will correct them, but refunds are not available after renewal activation.
